how.i.work 4 rules
  • Diagnose in the data, not the deck.

Every engagement starts in the warehouse. The strategy writes itself once the numbers stop lying.

  • Automate the repeatable, keep humans on judgment.

AI drafts, scores, and routes. People decide. The rejection rate is a feature.

  • One source of truth.

If it isn't measured in the warehouse, it didn't happen. Definitions get agreed once, encoded once.

  • Ship weekly.

Momentum beats polish. Small tested changes compound faster than big launches.

The person at the desk

I'm Jordan — a growth marketer who got tired of watching good strategy die in messy execution, so I learned to build the systems myself. Ten years across DTC, SaaS, and professional services; the last three teaching AI to do the repetitive parts properly while humans keep the judgment calls.

The work above isn't a highlight reel of campaigns — it's a set of machines that kept working after I handed them over. That's the standard: if it needs me forever, I built it wrong.

// the orange notebook is where ideas start. the pipelines are where they stop needing me.

Have a system that should exist but doesn't?
